The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from Woolacombe itself, the light conservatory overlooking the ocean, and the lovely gardens surrounding the property. Plus, it was approx 10 mins walk from Woolacombe Sands.

Spotless and functional room with great views, the back garden, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Marvellous setting in the LOVELY area, right by the light conservatory overlooking the ocean, a very pleasant footpath, and the best beaches.

Enjoyed our stay, had amazing 3 days overall. We stayed in a deluxe queen room complete with the back garden, WiFi, for example. The breakfast selection was tasty with delicious fresh coffee and Gluten free toast.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. The location was brilliant and pleasant, within easy walking distance of Woolacombe Parish Church. Besides, it was really close to the centre, the beach and the lovely conservatory.
